Refund & Cancellation Policy: 

1. All Fees are non-refundable (Registration Fee & Education Resource Fee) 

2. Deposits made to reserve a seat in the program are not refundable. 

3. A student may cancel his/her registration within 3 business days with a written notice for a full tuition refund.  

4. A student may cancel his/her registration up to 7 days with a written notice prior to the start day and be eligible for a partial, 50% tuition refund. Afterwards seven days before the start date of class, no refund will be provided, and students can request for tuition credits instead. 

5. If a student withdraws from his/her course after the start date of the course or later, no refund or credit will be provided. 

6. Online courses CANNOT be transferred to another student. 

7. We are unable to Credit or refund private lessons for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the lesson. 

8. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the written notice and refunds will be issued either by check or credit card. 

9. By using the E Global Learning LLC sites, you understand and agree to the refund & cancellation policy.
